Darcy Fisher (Parker, CO)

As an artist based in Colorado, I find endless inspiration in the breathtaking landscapes that surround me, particularly the majestic Rocky Mountains. Through the use of thick textures and vibrant colors in my acrylic paintings, I aim to capture the depth and beauty of these scenes. My technique involves sculpting with a palette knife to create art with a unique and tactile quality, known as impasto. Each piece I create is a reflection of the natural world that inspires me, resulting in artwork that is both visually striking and emotionally evocative.
